Your discount, which depends on the plan your employer assigns you, is automatically applied to your bill. That means you won't see the discount on the site, but you will see it on your bill.
If you are not already a Telenet internet or telephony customer, be sure not to forget to keep your TIP code close at hand (you should have received this from Telenet by mail). You will be asked to enter this (in the space provided for 'your personal code') in order to obtain your discount.
